Delivery
We are committed to growing and selling plants to the highest standards. Ensuring that our plants and accessories arrive at your home/work (or gift address) in the same condition as they leave our nursery is of up most importance. All our plants leave our nursery in excellent condition and we work closely with our couriers to ensure that they are received as perfectly as they were dispatched.
The delivery charges stated below are for the UK mainland only, per delivery address. If you are unsure if we deliver to your area, or have any queries regarding delivery please contact us.
Standard Delivery Mon-Fri £6.50
Delivery before 12 noon Mon-Fri £10.50
Delivery before 10.30am Mon-Fri £17.50
Collect from nursery 7 days 9-5pm *
* This option obviously carries no charge and is ideally suited to customers purchasing online who live within a short distance of our retail nursery.
It is possible for you to specify a delivery date and we will endeavour to meet this date, however please note that the earliest that a delivery will be made is 2 days after your order has been placed.
Please note that deliveries will be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday, and will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 p.m. Delivery on Saturday and Sunday is currently unavailable.
Whenever possible, goods will be dispatched by first class post or overnight courier within 5 working days. It is possible for you to specify a delivery date and we will endeavour to meet this date. Unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed as we use independent couriers and first class post. Some deliveries require a signature.
If there is nobody in to accept the delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipients' responsibility to contact the courier and arrange a suitable delivery date. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. If the recipient fails to contact the courier in good time the goods will be returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address. We therefore recommend sending your order to a work address if you know that your home address will be unattended and no safe place for leaving the goods can be arranged.
It is possible for you to provide us with instructions as to where to leave your delivery if there is no one in to accept it. E.g. In the shed or with a neighbour. Instructions can be left when placing your order.
In the event that you select a business address we shall be deemed to have delivered the [product/gift] to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address and receiving from a duly authorised representative a signed receipt of delivery.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.
International Deliveries
We regret that plants cannot be dispatched internationally. We are currently only able to deliver plants within the UK. For International delivery of dry goods please contact us via our contact us page for delivery rates.
Gift Service
Provenance Plants offers a selection of gifts for any occasion. All are carefully selected and packaged by our own staff, who will also add a hand written personal message which you can leave when placing your order.
